About the Opportunity:

Join a dynamic and fast-growing organization as the Senior Director of Business Analytics, where you’ll shape strategy and execution across multiple lines of business. In this role, you’ll drive profitability by optimizing costs, pricing, credit, and growth initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence senior leadership, and lead a team of analysts to deliver data-driven insights that directly impact company performance and customer outcomes.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for one or more business lines, focusing on growth, credit performance, and profitability.

  • Lead high-impact, data-driven analysis that identifies opportunities, mitigates risks, and drives business improvements.

  • Build and maintain credit and decisioning frameworks to support operational and financial objectives.

  • Oversee reporting, monitoring, and communication of program performance to executives and key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage contracts, optimize channel costs, and improve operational processes.

  • Drive resource planning and technical implementations that enhance program effectiveness.

  • Mentor, coach, and develop analysts and managers to strengthen team capabilities.

  • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by executive leadership.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in consumer finance, with a focus on credit risk, loan pricing, or process optimization.

  • Strong expertise in analytics, forecasting, and business reporting.

  • Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to build solutions in unstructured environments through problem-solving and collaboration.

  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Technical proficiency in data/credit analytics and Microsoft Office; ability to learn new applications quickly.
