About the Opportunity:
• We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Human Resources to lead all aspects of people operations for a growing, global manufacturing and technology organization. This is a key leadership role focused on building high-performing teams, scaling HR programs, and partnering with executives to drive organizational excellence.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee global HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a distributed HR team across multiple U.S. and international locations.
• Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement scalable HR policies, systems, and programs that support company growth.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve retention, engagement, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and support governance and reporting activities for executive leadership.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, technology, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR systems, and best practices across U.S. and international locations.
• Proven experience leading HR in a multi-site or global organization.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic partnership skills.
