About the Opportunity: • We’re seeking a hands-on and technically skilled Lead HRIS Analyst with deep Workday expertise to support and enhance our organization’s Human Capital Management systems. What You’ll Do: • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday functionality, including business processes, integrations, security, and reporting. • Act as the subject matter expert for assigned Workday modules and lead system-related initiatives and enhancements. • Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to assess needs, streamline workflows, and implement process improvements. • Manage Workday release testing, review new features, and identify opportunities for system enhancements. • Maintain data integrity and ensure system accuracy through testing, audits, and documentation. • Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training resources. • Support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide insights using HR metrics and dashboards. • Resolve system issues and support users through timely and effective service.
What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field. • 5+ years of HRIS experience in a Workday environment, including configuration and implementation. • Hands-on expertise in at least two Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, or Talent Management). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to interact effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. • Workday Pro or Partner Certification preferred.
