Title: Contract & Administrative Specialist Location: Augusta, GA (Onsite)

What You’ll Do:
Draft, organize, and manage contract-related documentation across multiple platforms
Create and send invoices, track payments, and support light accounting workflows
Maintain digital records, reports, and shared files to ensure smooth operations
Assist with client communications, scheduling, and general administrative support
Prepare documents for review and electronic signature through various software tools
Collaborate across teams to ensure follow-through on key administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or bookkeeping
Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and follow-through
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and OneDrive
Experience preparing documents for electronic signature (DocuSign, Adobe, etc.)
Excellent communication skills with a dependable, team-oriented work style
