Office Setting: In Office + Territory Travel About the Opportunity: Our client is seeking a Territory Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long-term customer relationships across a defined geographic territory within an industrial sales environment. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for an experienced sales professional who can balance daily account execution with longer-term territory strategy, pipeline development, and specification influence. What You’ll Do:
Own and grow a defined sales territory by expanding existing customer relationships and developing new accounts
Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, influencing specifications and long-term purchasing strategies
Identify, track, and develop future projects and opportunities to support sustained revenue growth
Execute proactive outbound sales activity, including customer visits, calls, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer activity tracking within CRM systems
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver customer solutions and ensure high levels of service
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience selling in the industrial coating space or selling industrial equipment, machinery, or technical solutions to the marine or defense space
Proven track record of territory growth and new business development
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Experience using CRM systems and structured sales processes
Highly organized with strong time and task management skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders
Ability to prepare technical or consultative sales documentation.
