About the Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Territory Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long-term customer relationships across a defined geographic territory within an industrial sales environment.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for an experienced sales professional who can balance daily account execution with longer-term territory strategy, pipeline development, and specification influence.
What You’ll Do:

  • Own and grow a defined sales territory by expanding existing customer relationships and developing new accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, influencing specifications and long-term purchasing strategies
  • Identify, track, and develop future projects and opportunities to support sustained revenue growth
  • Execute proactive outbound sales activity, including customer visits, calls, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer activity tracking within CRM systems
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver customer solutions and ensure high levels of service

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience selling in the industrial coating space or selling industrial equipment, machinery, or technical solutions to the marine or defense space
  • Proven track record of territory growth and new business development
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and structured sales processes
  • Highly organized with strong time and task management skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to prepare technical or consultative sales documentation.
