About the Opportunity: Our client is seeking a Director of Field Operations to lead and scale installation execution across multiple markets in the Southeast. This is a senior-level leadership role with executive visibility and meaningful influence across the organization.
You will own end-to-end field performance in a high-volume, premium residential environment where installation quality, professionalism, and homeowner experience are critical to brand reputation. With industry-leading scale and strong executive support, this role offers the opportunity to build structured systems, shape operational infrastructure, and directly impact the trajectory of a growing brand.
What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end installation outcomes across multiple markets, including scheduling alignment, on-time completion, rework reduction, and post-install service performance
Lead, coach, and develop Install Managers while driving accountability through KPIs, dashboards, and structured operating rhythms
Build and refine scalable field operating systems that support high daily install volume without operational breakdown
Establish clear job ownership, escalation pathways, and decision rights from project release through completion
Implement capacity planning and load-balancing strategies to optimize field resources
Define and enforce jobsite standards to ensure a consistent, high-end residential customer experience
Lead service recovery efforts and partner cross-functionally with Sales, CAD, Manufacturing, and Post-Install teams to improve upstream and downstream execution
Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, professionalism, and customer confidence
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of progressive operations or field leadership experience within home services, design-build, or high-end residential construction
Proven experience leading multi-crew or multi-site daily execution teams
Demonstrated success building scalable operating systems in high-volume environments
