Quick Job Facts:
– Cases include GI – Upper, Lower, Double, Urology
– Dates available: October: September: 17, 24, October: 29, November: 5, 12, 19, and December: 3, 10, 17-Must be available 9/25 for Orientation 
– Average of 4-8 cases per day per room
– CRNA only site 
– Negotiable Rates plus malpractice insurance if needed
