  Nov 9, 10, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 30
  Dec 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 15, 18, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30, 31

• Outpatient case mix (ENT, General, Ortho, Eyes, Podiatry, Plastics)

• Monday–Friday schedule, ~7A–3P

• No weekends, no call, no holidays

• Fast credentialing
