– Mon thru Friday daytime schedule offering 8s or 10s
– No call or weekends
– MDA supervision model 90% of the time 
– Work across a range of case types including General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Plastics, Urology, Vascular, GYN, lungs, robotics, and oncology.
