– PRN coverage for a outpatient Endo Center 
– Dates needed : July 1, 15, 16, 17, 20
– Average of 12-15 cases per day per room
– All CRNA site
– Cases will be Colonoscopies and EGD’s
– Top Pay plus malpractice if needed
