What You’ll Do:

• Oversee network services (LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure)

• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, fostering a culture of operational excellence

• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards

• Drive major infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and performance optimizations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic IT solutions that support business growth

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure management experience, including 5+ years leading technical teams

• Expertise with Cisco networks, Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancers, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

• Strong project management skills and ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, AWS, or VMware preferred

• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
